By purchasing from nofuss.exe, you are agreeing to the following policies:
SHIPPING
Orders may take up to 7 days to be fulfilled. The shipping time estimates on the checkout page are not accurate. Please look for the updates emailed to you.
Currently nofuss.exe ships to the United States. Please contact us here if you want to order outside of the United States.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Orders can be cancelled and refunded up until they've been shipped.
Orders may be returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
- Contact us here within 14 days of delivery.
- Once the return is confirmed, ship items within 30 days of delivery.
At this time, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Commissions are exempt from being returned.
PREORDERS
By preordering, you are agreeing to first pay for the item before it is available for shipping. To cancel your preorder, please contact us here within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days of purchase, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
DIFFERENCE IN PRODUCT
Watercolor Palette: Because each pan is hand-poured, it is subject to differences in appearance and evenness.
COMMISSIONS
Commissions must be 50% paid or all paid for me to start. Work in progress will be regularly given. No major composition changes are allowed once I enter the final stages of coloring and animating.
The time for the commission to be completed will be between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the request.
